Novi Sad

The land plot is located on the stretch of the E-75 highway, Novi Sad-Belgrade, in the immediate vicinity of the XXXLutz and Momax department stores and the Mercator-Roda Mega food mega market. The E-75 highway connects Subotica and Novi Sad with Belgrade, central and southern Serbia. The plot has an area of approximately 30,000 m2, equipped with complete infrastructure (connection to the electricity network, water, PTT). The permitted number of floors is GF + 2, basically 15,000 m2, and the total allowed square footage of the construction is approximately 45,000 m2. The location has a good connection to the city as well as to the suburbs. There is a city bus to the location, and it is 4 km away from the center of Novi Sad.
