Doroslovo, Sombor

The production complex was built between 2011 and 2012 and includes a production hall with a canopy, a transformer station, two silos with a capacity of 1,500 tons each, as well as auxiliary facilities such as a gatehouse, a weighbridge, a smaller canopy, and a water reservoir building. All structures have a stable construction and are made of high-quality materials, in accordance with their intended purpose and the functional requirements of specific industrial processes.

The production complex is located at the land plot with total surface: 108.789 m².

The production hall consists of a ground floor and a gallery, carefully designed for optimal functionality. The ground floor includes a corridor connecting the locker room, sanitary facilities with showers, a control room with a separate entrance, an electrical room, and a storage area for spare parts. In addition, there are two main production areas and a pre-production space. Outside, there is a canopy covering 600 m², providing extra protection and convenience.

The gallery is accessed via stairs and features a landing, two corridors, two offices, as well as a dining area and kitchen, ensuring a comfortable space for administrative and logistical needs. This layout enables efficient production processes supported by all necessary facilities.
The complex is fully equipped with infrastructure, including asphalted and concreted handling areas, a transformer station with a capacity of 2 × 1 MW, strong and weak current electrical installations, its own hydrant network supplied from wells, as well as water supply and sewage systems. The fire protection network is designed for industrial plants classified under the second degree of fire risk, with a capacity of 20 liters per second.

The complex is located on the main road Srpski Miletić – Doroslovo, 23 kilometers from Sombor and 164 kilometers from Belgrade, with access to a navigable canal that connects to the Danube.
